I’m a coach (business coach, life coach, career coach) and counsellor working in in Worthing, Sussex.

I’m also a teacher for one of the counselling certificates at Worthing College, and I’m an advisor to an online counselling platform.

I also run a counselling practice in Worthing with a number of colleagues providing counselling and coaching services.

I’m in my 40’s, married and have 2 sons aged 13 and 11.

Like most of us, I’ve experienced ups and downs on my journey so far.

I’ve felt stuck and trapped at times, changed jobs and careers, retrained, struggled with issues, and had my own counselling and coaching along the way.

Although sometimes difficult, ultimately I’ve learnt from this process, and now draw from it when working with others.

I have trained as a coach, counsellor and psychotherapist (5 year Msc.) with the UKCP accredited Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in London and NLPWorld.

I am a master practitioner of NLP and hypnotherapy and hold an advanced diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy.  I’ve also trained as an Holistic Lifestyle Coach with the C.H.E.K. Institute.

I’ve also worked as a counsellor for the Sussex Alcohol and Substance Use Service (SASS), supporting the NHS and ADDACTION.

I’m currently working with West Sussex County Council Social Services and I am a Bupa, Cigna and Aviva eligible provider of psychological/counselling therapy.

My previous career centred around I.T. Management for banks, digital media and utility firms in London. (Lloyds TSB, ntl:, Virgin Media, Cable and Wireless, uSwitch.com).

I have a great deal of experience in developing and building successful corporate teams, managing complex projects and shaping corporate and business strategy and marketing initiatives.

A considerable amount of my career has also been involved in team building, line management, individual coaching and associated personal development and H.R. initiatives.

My training and experience allows me to provide a comprehensive service covering the full range of coaching and therapeutic support coupled with extensive corporate and business experience. And clients have commented on the advantage that this brings to their sessions.

Other interests of mine include mindfulness and meditation, and personal development in general.

At the moment I’m enjoying living on the South Coast with my family, running on the promenade and learning the ukulele…!

I work from Worthing, Sussex, and online.

His experienced and flexible approach helped me develop more productive ways of dealing with stressful situations. I have no hesitation in recommending him for others.
