Development

If you’re interested in developing yourself, changing a habit, achieving a goal or preparing for an event – and could do with some help, guidance and support – then this is for you.

This is about targeting a specific issue or goal and working together to take action.

Fears and issues, limiting beliefs, unhelpful patterns and habits and lack of motivation and planning can all get in the way of what we want to achieve in life.

Working with a Personal Development Coach can make the difference.

You gain understanding, self-awareness, support and techniques that can lead you to the results you’re after.

I am a registered professional with Bupa and Aviva. I also hold a full DBS certificate.

Counselling

Areas of counselling focus include stress, anxiety and depression, emotional understanding and management, relationship issues, bereavement, sexuality and addictions.

My counselling approach is essentially integrative, which means I work with a range of approaches based upon ‘what works’.

Here’s what Wikipedia says about integrative counselling and psychotherapy :

Integrative psychotherapy describes a psychotherapy approach in which elements from different schools of psychotherapy may be used.

The word ‘integrative’ in Integrative psychotherapy may also refer to integrating the personality and making it cohesive, and to the bringing together of the “affective, cognitive, behavioural, and physiological systems within a person”.
